I know Awesome Girl usually has shades of being a Smug Super, Alpha Bitch but this is a bit much even for her. Something’s up.

Yes, Awesome Girl doesn’t seem to be her usual friendly self tonight, does she? We will be finding out the reasons for her behavior in the next 2 pages.
So the opening of this issue is not Thunder Bunny getting revenge on Awesome Girl for kicking her out of the Justice Buddies but using her as a patsy to get the thing from Lexi Luxor. That’s beyond cruel, I mean I thought Awesome Girl would betray Thunder Bunny after scissoring her
Yes, scissoring Thunder Bunny before betraying her would have been the more considerate thing to do. Justice Buddies are supposed to have better manners than that! 🙂
