She never was. Even during her first appearance, she was making optimal use of her strengths and outmaneuvering her opponents. And she only got smarter as the fight continued.
Krushya is definitely capable of pulling the rug out from under her opponents… literally!
Re — Vicki the Vampire:
* Having survived an age of repression seems like a strong motivation to cut loose in the here and now. Also, you never know what people got up to behind locked doors during repressed ages just to not go completely screaming insane. And there’s the possibility that Vicki was in the ondustry sometime; her ‘bloodbags’ would have been very popular, and she could’ve hypnotized any amount of prey whenever they made eye contact with her.
Vicki (Lady Victoria back then) was born to a family of wealthy commoners centuries ago. Her father, a rich businessman, used his money and influence to buy a title of nobility from a cash-strapped monarch, and her family joined the aristocracy. Vicki was introduced to a world of social propriety and debauchery behind closed doors, which she quickly assimilated to. That and several centuries of being a vampire(which is pretty much a melting pot of unconventional sexual behavior) has left Vicki with some sexual preferences that are a bit unusual to a younger vampire like Monica(Monica got turned in the 80s, hence the big hair.)
